Service tax income limit

Hi

I have started a consulting service recently (since last 3 months) and have charged my clients with pilot fee along with the service tax.  As it is not a substantial amount (till 31st March ) which means that it is just about 1.2 lakhs.  Should I be paying service tax ? If so what is the slab for paying service tax and how to get back if already paid.

regards

It seems you are under basic exemption limit to be liable to service tax.

Even though you have chargedservice tax from your client on the invoice kindly deposit the same within the prescribed time frame or at the earliest to avoid interest and/or penalty.
