Service tax for amc of air conditioners

Respected Sir,
We have taken AMC for Air conditioners and has been providing services in several institutions and companies. My question is that, under which category shall i claim the service tax and what will be the percentage of service tax that i shall be claiming?

By virtue of Rule 2A of the Service tax (Determination of value) Rules, 2006 – (B) in case of works contract entered into for maintenance or repair or reconditioning or restoration or servicing of any goods; service tax shall be payable on 70% of the total amount charged for the works contract.
