service tax exemptions ?

Are we suppose to study ' exemptions available to service tax assessees ' (sec 93) in detail ?

are these exemptions there in our syllabus for IPCC may 2011 exam?

 

pls answer me fast... just remembering the exemption head is enough or do we need to study the details too?
