Service tax exemption under reverse charge to exporters

Hi all

I wanted to know wether the exemption from service tax of reverse charge on transportation of goods is available to exporters vide notification no.31/2012 dated 20.06.2012.

Is the exemption still available if the exporter is availing the rebate of service tax on FOB value, under notification 41/2012 dated 29.06.2012.

Please help.
