We have Labour Work for Excisable Commodity, whether Service Tax is levied in this condition ?
and I want to know whether EPCG licence is renewable or not ?

You mean job work is done on the exisable commodity.The same is exempted from Service Tax vide Notification No:25/2012-S.T dated 20.6.2012.
