While uploading the XML file , error is showing as "XML file structure not valid " . Please help me resolving the issue.
Is department has changed the process.

Dear Vivek Kedia,
That message coming means you are using OLD Excel file, You should download & use only fresh ST3 Excel offline file from aces.gov.in, which are modied in September' 2011 month ending.
New verson also showing this massage then i have prepared in old verson and submitted.
