I am working as Accounts Manager in a Construction company at NTPC Barh. Running Accounts Bill is Submitted By our Engineers after Closing of each month, its take 15 to 20 Days Time. and After that NTPC process that bill and Certify after 2 month. For Example Bills for the month of April is Certified in July. In this Case What Will be the Due Date
Dear Mr Praveen,
I know whatever you have Mentioned, But the what amount will be certified by NTPC is not Known to us when we submit the bill.
For example if we Submit a RA bill for the Month of April for Rs 2 crore the NTPC not Certify all amount but made some deduction. the Certified bill may be 1.5 cr ya 1.2 cr.
