Yes Both are Liable to Pay Service Tax
There is no service tax on IPD and OPD services provided by the individual doctors.
OPD = patients treated in the clinic
IPD = patients admitted to the clinic for further treatment
so...any doctors who treats patients like psychologists,surgeons and cardiologists are not liable to pay service tax....
am i right????
