Service tax customs

The SVLDRS was a time-bound dispute resolution and amnesty scheme for pre-GST indirect tax litigations (Central Excise and Service Tax). It allowed taxpayers to settle their dues with significant tax relief and a waiver of interest and penalties. As the scheme has been closed for several years, it is no longer an active window for new declarations.
