Without details of your activities, answer can not be given as Cenvat CRedit can be availed when input service is used for dutiable manufacture or taxable output service only as covered in definition of "input service" at Rule 2(l) of Cenvat Credit Rules'2004 and attract various aspect in different Rules of the said Rules.
