please someone tell me thet can a company take CENVAT credit of
1. Mobile Bills
2. Landline Bills
If they are reimbursing the bills paid by employees to them & the telephones are registered in the name of employees.

You can not take if the bills are not in the name of company.
if u want to take credit., change the bills include the employer name and company name
