Can we take the service tax credit on Clearing & Forwarding charges on Export of Manufactured goods??

HI,
You may take Cenvat Credit for above service as per CCR 2004.
If the place of removal is factory gate you will not be able to take CENVAT as the service is not used in or in relation of manufacturing,rather it is used after manufacturing for the purpose of transport to export the goods.However as the goods are being exported you will get refund of the ST paid.
