can i take cenvat cerdit of service tax ??? company buy some pipe on rental basis my company is regsterd under service tax code 00440290 it is construction service in respect of commercial or industriyal bulding and civil structure

Hi Shashikant Sharma, as per my Knowledge If your Company is Charging / Collecting and Depositing FULL Rate Service Tax then CENVAT CREDIT is available but if the Company is Charging / Collecting and Depositing Service tax at Abated Rate then no CENVAT CREDIT is allowed.
