My this query is regarding Service tax applicabilty on Sale of Flats, and query is as follows
Mr. A (Builder) , has sold a unit to customer in Sep -11 and date of Agmt is 15/09/2011. and date of Occupancy Certificate is 25/12/2011.
Now, whether service tax applicable to Mr. A. if, all the amount ( Except token ) received after 25/12/2011.
