Service tax applicable for sewage cleaning services

Hi, 

Please tell me the service tax applicable for Providing sewer cleaning service through Truck Mounted Suction cum Jetting Machines at Raichur Thermal Power Coproation Ltd on hire basis. It exempeted under Mega Notication or Tax applicable. If applicable how we need to calculate.

no not exempted ....because exemption only when such services provided to  Muncipal Corporation/City Corp/Muncipal Council/Zila Parishad/Cantoment Board...

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your reply. Can u give me a clarification  regarding providing

sewage cleaning services through truch mounted suction cum jetting machine,  including labour on works contract on hire basis, for that work  vat/Composition tax 4%  will applicable?. Pls crarify sir.
