VAT liability is depend upon whether the product selling by company is Txaxble under vat act or not ? If company is providing any type of services then service tax will apply.Under reverse charge service tax regulations have to followed by company.

GENRALLY SERVICE TAX APPLICABLE TO MANUFACTURING COMPANY UNDER REVERSE CHARGE MECHANISM FOR EXAMPLE FRIEGHT PAID TO TRANSPORTERS, LABOUR CONTACT ETC.
