We are registered Manufacturer and Service Receiver in Central Excose and Service tax. We have purchased electricity more then consumption. Can we sale excess electrity to another company. If yes then what will be the service tax and sales tax liability.

As far as the service tax is concerned, there will be no liablity as service tax is not applicable on sale of goods.
