For Service Tax on GTA abatement & conditions please refer following notification :

26/2012- ST Dated 20.06.2012

For Reverse Charge Mechnasim please refer following notifications and their amendment therof :

45/2012- ST Dated 20.06.2012

10/2014-ST Dated 11.07.2014

6/2015 CE(N.T) Dt. 01.03.2015

7/2015-ST Dated 01.03.2015

8/2015- ST Dated  01.03.2015

24/2015-ST Dated 12.11.2015
