Hi, am about to start a dealership pertaining to interior deco materials..applied for vat registration and also intrested in applying for service tax registration. One of my friend wasn't interested in investing and planning for service tax registration against my firm address... Please guide me as am not interested about that, provided i can pay him commission against the business generated by him.
