Service tax
R/sirWe have given contract to someone to collect Ash from factory and put it out of the unit via transport.please guide me is this taxable service .and if it is then under which service. Under which service should I deposit sevice tax. Means under work contract,BAS or manpower

Depends upon drafting of the contract; but as such its just labour contract.
There are many exemptions from payment of tax. pleasse go through the act and latest circulars carefully.
