Service tax

We have awarded a construction of water supply projects on EPC Basis, Service tax is exempted vide entry no 12 (e) of the mega exemption notification 25/2012 Service tax dt 20.06.2012 to my company. 

Can we pass on the to contractor who is doing Cabling Works and Pipeline Works ?

Can we pass on to the sub contractor of Contractor  who is executing Cabling Works and Pipeline Works ?
