Service tax
Sir, my client seling open plots in the one name and execute construction agreement between plot holder and contractor then service tax applicable ? If contractor is suppose partnership firm and execute seperate construction agreement between all plot holder but contractor is one i.e. partnership firm then service tax applicable ?
