Service tax
service tax on building rent , sir actual we are paying 4 building rents, diff places but same owner , but one agreement we r bareing service tax , please guide pay or not

Are you are the owner of four buildings.if you are owner you have an obligation to collect service tax.remember that there is an exemption from service tax on renting house for residential purpose for reasonable period.
in case if the rent paid was for commercial use then service tax will be applicable and in case if it is for residential use then service is under the preview of negative list
