what should i bill if i got a bill from publisher with 14 % service tax say 10000+1400
as i am entitled for a commission of 15 % so i have to bill 11500.
and if in case i got bill 10000 + 1400 (ST) can i bill for 15000 + St on (15000-10000)
can i get rebate like cenvat
You have to rise bill include the commission with service tax = 1000+1500=11500 +14% Service tax
the transaction purely related to manufacturing u can get the claim
