Service tax

I am an inter C.a and presently working as part time accountant in 3 firms, all give me money in the form of accounting charges totaling to Rs. 264000/- in all. I also do TDS work of govt department amounting to Rs. 72000/- annually.

Recently I have undertaken Leave & License registration work which I charge Rs. 12000/- per file. As of now I have done only 5 cases. Do i need to go for service tax registration or do i fall under small service tax provider.
