Hi Mahesh,

I am considering that You (your concern) has taken a forklift on hire for unloading of material and want to know whether service tax is payable by you or not i.e. Reverse charge is applicable or not. I think reverse charge is not applicable if the concern from which you taking forklift on hire is in India.
