plz cofirm wether service tax is applicable on Choregraphy charges recieved as previously it was expemt ..........
Pl. elaborate the nature of services.
It will be exempt from service tax under mega exemption notification no. 25/2012.
Training or coaching relating to arts or culture is exempt. Also services by a performing artist in music or dance is exempt. Choregraphy is a service provided by dance artist and hence exempted.
