Service tax
one of my client did not file any service tax returns from past 8 years,change of address also not intimated to service tax authorities
then in this case please help me how to close that service tax registration

Firstly, your client shall have to file the Service Tax Returns of all the years, and pay the Penalty as applicable and then surrender the Service Tax Registration Number.
