hello,
i have a problem in service tax, plz help me
we export our goods to another country, through a registered dealer who charge service tax from us,
but now, i want service tax refund ,
so, plz tell me what are the conditions for service tax refund.
Kya hme refund mil jayega agar hmne payment nhi kri ho to dealers ko...jo ki hmara goods dusri country me bhej rha h...??

1) Are u registered under central excise?

2) The dealer collecting service tax under which category?

yes, we are registered under central excise.... we are export our goods, so dealer collecting service tax under contract...
we are contract with dealer for forwading our goods to another country

payment for the contract are not paid by us to the dealer
can we get service tax refund for services ...??

There is no provision for you get refund......

ohh......it means,
we dont get refund for the services we already taken,

but now if we issue a cheque for the payment of contracter
but as u knw it takes some time to pass
now, on the basis of cheque issued by us,
can we take refund..??, can we ask deptt for the refund...??
