hi for all please clear my queries regarding Service tax on GTA
ABC Private Company having 3 lorries in fixed assets and XYZ private company is doing transports business ie hiring lorries to others like PQR company in this case the pqr company used abc compny lorries and pay hirecharges to xyz company the xyz company pay the hire charges to abc company in this case Service tax on hirecharges is paid by pqr company wherther the xyz company liable service tax or not?
