Hi Sir, I have a doubt regarding Service tax. If the assessee want avail abatement at the prescribed percentage against service tax liability, can he show the service tax @ 10.3% on the bill raised for the service rendered to the service receiver ?

Work out the abated value in the inner column, and show the rate of 10.3% .
For example,
Value of service provided 1,00,000
Service tax ( 100000* 75%)*10.3% 7,725
For example,
Value of service provided 1,00,000
