As per service tax rules each premises of the service provider shall get registerd separately. However, assessees have option to have centralised registration. You can convert your existing registration in to centralised registration . For details of procedure, discuss with your sevice tax renage Superintendent.
If you opt for centrally paying service tax for all branches then you need not register again in a different place.
