Dear Sir

My client is an Vaishali , Ghaziabad based Loan Commission Agent is required to get Service Tax Registration , my questions are:

1.      Whether in Ghaziabad is it necessary to get registered online first and file ST-1 online and then send signed ST-1 along with the address and ID proof (as per the line of Delhi) if yes what would be the Division and Range code for the same .

2.      If not then can be file ST-1  in specified form as manually filled .

3.      Under what category of service a  Loan Commission Agent is required to get registered
