Can we get the Service tax returns of a Firm if Service tax number is with us.How?

Why one should know whether the other has paid. As loing as the SP has provided the taxable services raised ageunine bill, the reciver can avail the credit herefor.
If fraudulent then the SPO is anyway liable for double the penalty + interest.
