Pls clarify
1) We are in Hotel Business, ours monthly turnover is more than 11 lakhs. But still we have not registed the service tax. is there any service tax applicable???????
2) When (means amt ) service tax applicable for Rent???

The activity of mandap keeper, catering maybe applicable to you., The value of taxable services if they exceed 10 lakhs then only you would be liable. Letting out hotel rooms is not liable for ST.
