Service refund on clearing and forwarding expenses

Dear all,

Our client, a private limited company engaging business of export of granite blocks to various countries and also engaging the work of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery work at various granite quarries. For exports of granite blocks our client incur clearing and forwarding expenses at the port. For clearing forwarding charges those bill given to our client they charging service tax at the bills. Whether it is possible to get refund of service tax amount paid by ours. Please any one help me to this regard. What is the procedure for getting the amount.
