Service provider under which service?

If it is a kind of supply of worker then it can be said a supply of manpower. But now, it is under reverse charge mechanism.

we provide labour work only few cases like 5 to 7 time in a year as per requirment of any party which business nature related with us. 

we are not  registered as  job work provider, we provide only if requirement.

so please tell me under which sevice tax category will be applicable?
