I am eligible to E- Invoicing from 01.04.202. my question is In case of Reverse charge service taken from GTA whether i have to generate e invoice for the reverse charges service.
Someone said that I have to generate self E invoice for Reverse charge service and then deposit the reverse charges.
is this treatment is right?

E-Invoice not to be generated by recipient. Therefore where recipient is liable to pay GST under RCM e-invoice for the same is not required
That means there is no required to generate Self invoice for Rcm under e invoice
