can a composition dealer supply the service as well as goods at the same time.if yes then what is the limit of service ?

In term of Order 1/2019, CT, dated 1/2/19, the composition dealer can supply services of value not exceeding 10% of Turnover for preceding FY or 5 Lac whichever is Higher
