Can Proprietary concern with real estate services registered under GST do trading of goods too?

By updating the Registration certificate with business Type Trading can do. But while availing ITC and to avoid department herrasment, perfect and crystal clear Item wise records has to be maintained.

Yes you can do the same. Amend your registration by adding goods for which you are involved in trading.
