Your query is not clear. Try to add some more information. Only for information I think Service Tax registration has to be applied within 30 days of crossing threshold limit of Rs.9 lakhs of gross receipt from taxable service and tax is payable on crossing Rs.10 lakhs of gross receipt from taxable services.
