Serive tax on visa charges

Service tax will be charged under the category Travel Agent service. They may not have charged Service Tax mainly for 2 reasons 1) The aggregate value of taxable service provided by them is less than the treshold limit of Rs. 8 lakhs 2) They may have recovered only the Visa Fees (It would be an agressive stand)
