Is service tax applicable to the non qualified accountant ?

Qualified accountant, if provide the service then it taxable, it is different matter that they get benefit of exemption.
Thanks you for the reply ....If accountant is graduate not a CA, but his professional receipt is more than Rs.10 Lac, wheter he is covered under service tax ?
Yes he will be covered under ST..
