My client is registred under Central Excise as dealer. Now we came to know that as per Notification No. 8/2014 (NT), separate registration to be obtained for Imports. My dealer buys goods both indiginously and imported.
Now my querry is that is it necedssary to get register separately for imports?
Also same client is planning to convert the business as partnership which was earlier under proprietorship from 01.07.2016. Is it required to apply for 2 separate registrations as dealer and as importer before convert?
