Separate registration for hospital and pharma

Hello sir, may I know why one registration is not sufficient for both hospital and Pharmacy?

GST registration is not required for hospital, so can we amend the hospital registration for pharmacy?

You can take Single Registration for Hospital and Pharmacy both.

But, it is advised to take separate registration  for Hospital and Pharmacy., Because, Hospital provides mostly exempt service except Higher Rate Room Charges/ NICU/ICU. So, there will be lot of working to avail ITC on Hospital and Pharmacy Inputs in single registration .

My opinion to take  separate registration.  

A Doctor can't run / take registration for pharmacy...
