Is it a good advise to have a separate registration for hospital and pharmacy or to have a single registration for both?

Single registration is sufficient if both are located within the same state.

You may add Pharma in product / service descripttion while making application for GST Registration

If you take GST registration on one PAN then all business done by person to be covered

If you want to take separate registration then you have to take two GST.

There can be one or two promoters forming a partnership firm carrying on business . It may be a two gst registration but one single enity.

As per My View it's not possible to single registration for hospital and pharmacy...

Hello sir, may I know why one registration is not sufficient for both hospital and Pharmacy?

GST registration is not required for hospital, so can we amend the hospital registration for pharmacy?

You can take Single Registration for Hospital and Pharmacy both.

But, it is advised to take separate registration for Hospital and Pharmacy., Because, Hospital provides mostly exempt service except Higher Rate Room Charges/ NICU/ICU. So, there will be lot of working to avail ITC on Hospital and Pharmacy Inputs in single registration .

My opinion to take separate registration.
