If a firm is engaging in buying and selling of garment cloth in Bangalore and having many branches in the same the business in this case is it mandatory to get get the separate registration for each branch kindly advise.

Hi,
I think no seperate registration required in same state
you can add all places as additional place of business under same registration
Branches in same state (in Karnataka) then no need...
ensure all the branches are added in the registration certificate. that is mandatory for claiming input.
