We want send our capital goods for repair purpose to other state. i hope it is like a job work, what are documents to be send along with the Capital Goods( by road). As per central excise what are the documents to be minted

Dear Sir,
You have to raise a Rule 4(5)a challan, earlier time limit for returning of these materials 180 days for Inputs n Capital goods. Now Mar 1 onwards Capital goods time is extended to 2 years.
if you want 4(5) challan, search in files section , I have already uploaded.
