We see that now a days many corporates demanding semi-qualified professionals for their organisation. But our professional firms are not giving jobs for semi qualified professionals. There are so many issues and the most important is leaves for exams. If one could not pass in first attempt then all the doors to big-4 and other big CA firms are closed. He can't join small CA firm as he wants to learn new skills and improve his knowledge. We see that many bright students are sometimes fail in CA examinations but they are not able to join any big CA firm. After exams none of the firm will recruite you as they say that come after your result. In Every attempt it is happening. Is someone should leave the CA course to persue the job? How can he overcome from this situation?
