Now a days, semi qualified CA are facing a critical situation in securing a job. They can't secure a job as a CA because they are not qualified as well as no one considered them as graduates.The Articleship Experience is not considered  as experience in Corporate World which make even worse for a semi qualified CA.

The Common reasons why corporates did not want Semi Qualified CA:-

1) If he qualifies, he leaves the job.

2) If he fails , he will ask for leave.

But nobody gives an opportunity to job seeker to persuade the company that he will not leave the job & didn't ask for granting leaves for exams. He has the capability to qualify CA without compromising the work of the organization.

But in actual situation, he is simply rejected. Not even they recieve any interview calls.

Moreover, in current scenario, Even CA firms are hiring only articles & complete CA.

I wish the new NIRC team will consider this problem & make a strong decision for it.

some of the decisions can be:-

1) Articleship training after clearing CA. or

2) Articleship Experience will be recognised as experience in corporate world.
