Seller ITR - Should seller provide details of buyer with 0% contribution and TDS

ITR 368 views 2 replies

In a house purchase the husband paid the full amount and also the required TDS, whereas the wife's name was also added in the sale deed. So the form 26QB has only the husband's details and the sale deed has both their names.

In the seller's ITR, will it be correct to provide both their details with the contribution 100% and 0%? Or should the husband's details only be provided?
